Common questions
How does the annual plan work?
Annual plans are billed upfront at 10× the monthly price — giving you 2 months free. You pay once per year via M-Pesa STK Push. You can switch back to monthly at renewal.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from your dashboard. Changes take effect immediately. No penalties for changing.
How do I pay?
Via M-Pesa. When you choose a plan, you'll receive an STK Push on your phone to confirm payment — no card required.
What happens when I hit my transaction limit?
You'll receive an in-app warning. You can upgrade to a higher tier at any time. Existing transactions and invoices are never deleted.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — the Free plan is free forever with no time limit. For paid plans, you can start on Free and upgrade whenever you're ready.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. No long-term contracts on monthly plans. Cancel from your dashboard and your account reverts to Free at the end of the billing period. Annual plans are non-refundable but you can cancel renewal.
