How to Cancel
Email hello@komplitax.co.ke with your account email address and a request to cancel. We'll confirm cancellation within 24 hours.
Self-service cancellation from your dashboard is coming soon. For now, email is the fastest way to cancel.
What Happens After Cancellation
- Your account downgrade to the Free plan at the end of your current billing period
- You keep access to all features until the end of the period you've paid for
- Your data (transactions, invoices, reports) remains accessible on the Free plan
- The Free plan's invoice limit (10/month) applies going forward
Refund Policy
Monthly plans: We don't offer partial refunds for the unused portion of the current month. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.
Annual plans: If you cancel an annual plan within 30 days of payment and haven't generated more than 10 invoices, we'll issue a prorated refund. Contact hello@komplitax.co.ke.
Your Data After Cancellation
All your data — transactions, invoices, reports — remains in your account on the Free plan indefinitely. We don't delete it when you cancel. If you ever want to downgrade but keep everything accessible, the Free plan is a good holding option.
If you want your data deleted entirely, email hello@komplitax.co.ke and we'll delete your account and all associated data within 14 days, in compliance with Kenya's Data Protection Act 2019.
